Breakfast Set: Wheel-Thrown Bowl

Throw your own bowl on the wheel — Sunday 14 June, 2–4pm

105 New Zealand dollars
The Potters' Roost

Service Description

Round out your Breakfast Set with a wheel-thrown bowl. You'll centre, open, and pull a bowl on the wheel, then shape it to your liking. A little wheel experience is helpful, but adventurous beginners are very welcome! This class is part of the Breakfast Set series alongside the Slab Mug and Sgraffito Plate — book one or book all three to make a complete set. All materials, tools, and firing included. Your finished piece will be glazed and ready to collect within 3 weeks.

Cancellation Policy

At The Potters' Roost, we keep our class sizes small to ensure everyone receives quality guidance and enough space to create. Because we are a social enterprise, every booking directly supports our community programs. 1. Course & Workshop Cancellations 7 Days or More Notice: We offer a full refund (minus a $15 admin fee) or a rebooking for a future course. 48 Hours to 7 Days Notice: We offer a 50% refund or a rebooking. Less than 48 Hours Notice: No refunds or credits can be issued, as it is difficult to fill your spot at such short notice. However, you are welcome to send a friend in your place! Missed classed and no-shows cannot be refunded. 2. "Catch-Up" Sessions (For 6-Week Courses) We understand that life happens—illness, family, or work can get in the way. We do offer formal "make-up" classes with a tutor, once a month on a Thursday evening to catch-up on what you missed. 3. If We Cancel In the rare event that we have to cancel a class due to tutor illness or low enrolment, you will be offered a full refund or a priority transfer to the next available date.
