Service Description
Create your own Christmas tree decorations and personalise them especially for your family to enjoy every year. You'll get to create a set of 6 Aimed for all skill levels. What You Will Learn & Do: Slab rolling, cutting shapes and adding decoration Step-by-Step Guidance: Clear, structured instructions provided throughout the process. Suitable for beginners and all levels. What is Included: All clay, tools, glazes, and firing services. Your finished creation will be available for pickup in 2-3 weeks. You'll have it before Christmas :)

Cancellation Policy
At The Potters' Roost, we keep our class sizes small to ensure everyone receives quality guidance and enough space to create. Because we are a social enterprise, every booking directly supports our community programs. 1. Course & Workshop Cancellations 7 Days or More Notice: We offer a full refund (minus a $15 admin fee) or a rebooking for a future course. 48 Hours to 7 Days Notice: We offer a 50% refund or a rebooking. Less than 48 Hours Notice: No refunds or credits can be issued, as it is difficult to fill your spot at such short notice. However, you are welcome to send a friend in your place! Missed classed and no-shows cannot be refunded. 2. "Catch-Up" Sessions (For 6-Week Courses) We understand that life happens—illness, family, or work can get in the way. We do offer formal "make-up" classes with a tutor, once a month on a Thursday evening to catch-up on what you missed. 3. If We Cancel In the rare event that we have to cancel a class due to tutor illness or low enrolment, you will be offered a full refund or a priority transfer to the next available date.
