This is the easiest choice for teams who want a warm, social and grounding experience without needing a full retreat format.

The Totem Collaboration

Your team will work together to design and build individual ceramic elements that stack together to form a large-scale ceramic totem pole. Once fired and assembled, the finished sculpture is yours to display in your office reception, meeting space or workplace — a permanent symbol of your team’s collective strength.
