The Sanctuary Social

Your group will learn the tactile art of hand-building and create their own individual ceramic mug. This is the easiest choice for teams who want a warm, social and grounding experience without needing a full retreat format. The Totem Collaboration
Best for: integrating new teams, strengthening culture or marking a company milestone. A deeper team experience centred on collaboration, creativity and shared meaning. Your team will work together to design and build individual ceramic elements that stack together to form a large-scale ceramic totem pole. Once fired and assembled, the finished sculpture is yours to display in your office reception, meeting space or workplace — a permanent symbol of your team’s collective strength. This is the right choice if you want a team building activity with substance, not just entertainment. The Full Roost Executive Retreat

The Full Roost combines dedicated meeting time in our main studio with the Collaborative Totem Project, full catering and exclusive use of the studio. Host your morning strategy session in a calm, creative environment, enjoy a fully catered lunch, then shift into an afternoon of hands-on clay work. This is ideal for leadership teams who need space to think clearly, connect properly and step away from the usual boardroom energy.
